نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق رولة وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد (عند الدخول بـGoogle/Apple)، المدينة والمنطقة.
• الصور التي ترفعها لطلب الخدمة أو لتحليل الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• بيانات الطلبات والعقود وحركات المحفظة.
• مُعرّف الإشعارات (FCM) لإرسال التنبيهات.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل الخدمة (مطابقة الطلبات بالمنفّذين، توصيل المواد، الدفع المحجوز)، وإرسال الإشعارات، والدعم، وتحسين التطبيق. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

المشاركة

نشارك الحدّ الأدنى الضروري مع المنفّذ/التاجر المعني بطلبك، ومزوّدي الخدمة: Supabase (الاستضافة)، Google/Apple (تسجيل الدخول)، Firebase (الإشعارات).

الأمان

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُخزَّن كلمات المرور بصيغة مُجزّأة. لا نخزّن أرقام بطاقاتك.

حقوقك

يمكنك تعديل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← حذف الحساب) أو بمراسلتنا.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عامًا.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the Rolla app collects and how we use and protect it.

Data we collect

• Account info: name, phone number, email (with Google/Apple sign-in), city and area.
• Photos you upload for a service request or AI analysis.
• Order, contract, and wallet-transaction data.
• Push notification token (FCM) to deliver alerts.

How we use it

To operate the service (matching requests with pros, delivering materials, escrow payment), send notifications, provide support, and improve the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the pro/merchant involved in your order, and service providers: Supabase (hosting), Google/Apple (sign-in), Firebase (notifications).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); passwords are stored hashed. We do not store your card numbers.

Your rights

You can edit your data or delete your account and data from within the app (Settings → Privacy → Delete account) or by contacting us.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.
